Page Management
Click the three-dot menu on any page in the sidebar to delete it, duplicate it, rename it, or move it up or down in the page order. Your measurements, annotations, and scale settings move with the page automatically. If you delete a page, everything on that page is removed and the remaining pages renumber cleanly. If you duplicate a page, you get an exact copy with all its measurements included.
This is useful when plan sets come in with cover sheets, title blocks, or blank pages you do not need. Remove them without leaving the editor and without re-uploading the PDF. If pages are out of order, rearrange them so they match how you work through the job.
Label Toggle
Press H to hide all measurement labels on the canvas. Press it again to bring them back. On dense plans where labels overlap and make it hard to read the drawing underneath, turning them off gives you a clean view of just the geometry. The toggle is also in the View dropdown in the toolbar.
Shift+H hides all measurement groups at once (sets every group to invisible). Press it again to show them all. Useful for getting a clear look at the raw plan without any measurement overlays.
Higher Limits
We tripled the maximum PDF file size and doubled the measurement limit:
- PDF upload size: 50 MB to 150 MB. Large commercial plan sets with high-resolution drawings and dozens of sheets fit comfortably now.
- Measurements per document: 1,000 to 2,000. Detailed multi-trade takeoffs on large plan sets have room to grow.
- Annotations per document: 200 to 1,000. Mark up plans extensively without hitting a ceiling.
- Total storage stays at 1 GB per account. Projects stay at 50 per account.
